Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the use of the Yabusame and Kyudo experiences (hereinafter referred to as "the Experience") provided by Shogun Stables (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"). By applying to participate in the Experience, participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Eligibility)
The Experience is available to individuals aged 6 to 70. For safety reasons, participants outside this age range will not be permitted to join.

Article 3 (Safety Guidelines)
The Facility will implement maximum safety measures to ensure participants can enjoy the Experience safely.
Participants must follow the instructions of the staff and prioritize safety during the Experience.
If participants feel unwell or experience any abnormalities during the Experience, they must immediately notify the staff.

Article 4 (Assumption of Risk and Liability Disclaimer)
Participants acknowledge that the Experience involves certain risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility.
The Facility assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or other issues that occur during the Experience. Participants must manage these issues independently.
If minors participate, their parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and assume responsibility.

Article 5 (Health Requirements)
Participants must certify that they are in good physical and mental health to join the Experience.
Those with pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other health concerns that may make participation unsuitable should refrain from joining.
The Facility is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from participants' health conditions.

Article 6 (Liability for Damages)
The Facility is not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss of personal items, or other damages occurring during the Experience.
Participants are responsible for any damages they cause to third parties during the Experience, and the Facility will not bear any liability.

Article 7 (Cancellation Policy)
Participants must notify the Facility at least 72 hours in advance to cancel their booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
In the event the Facility cancels the Experience due to weather conditions or other reasons, participants will receive a full refund.

Article 8 (Use of Images and Copyright)
Photographs or videos taken during the Experience may be used for promotional purposes by the Facility. Participants who do not wish to have their images used must notify the Facility in advance.
All content on the Facility's website (including images and text) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Article 9 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Facility reserves the right to amend these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms will become effective upon being published on the Facility's website.

Article 10 (Emergency Measures)
In the event of an emergency, such as sudden illness, injury, or natural disasters, the Facility staff will take appropriate action, including contacting emergency services if necessary. Participants agree to follow all emergency instructions provided by the staff.

Article 11 (Personal Belongings)
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the Experience. The Facility will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to participants’ property.

Article 12 (Code of Conduct)
Participants must behave respectfully towards staff, other participants, and the Facility’s property. The Facility reserves the right to deny participation or remove individuals who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior without a refund.

Article 13 (Insurance)
The Facility does not provide personal accident or travel insurance for participants. It is recommended that participants arrange their own insurance to cover potential risks associated with the Experience.
